Hi, I’m James E. Burns Jr., but most people know me as JJ.
I started this business because of my family. I wanted the freedom to be present for my wife and kids while building something I could truly be proud of. At the same time, I wanted to do work that actually helps people—and this is something I found myself needing often.
I’ve spent over 17 years working my way up from the ground level, learning the value of hard work, consistency, and doing things the right way. I’ve worked with my hands since I was young, and that “earn it” mindset is something I bring to every job.
I’ve built my work around helping people get honest, dependable service they can trust—without the stress or runaround.
My values are simple: faith, honesty, hard work, loyalty, and taking pride in the quality of what I do. I believe when you do things right, it speaks for itself.
I provide reliable, full-service junk removal, cleanout, and hauling services.
If you’ve got something you don’t want, don’t need, or don’t know how to handle—I take care of it from start to finish. I remove it, load it, haul it away, or deliver what you need, and make sure everything is handled properly.
I work with homeowners, landlords, property managers, real estate agents, and business owners—handling both residential and commercial jobs.
